I need to run some lisp code on server side. How can I use clisp? If clisp is unavailable, can I install clisp?

You will need to install CLISP from source. I've been able to do so by entering the following commands on the server:

wget http://sourceforge.net/projects/clisp/files/clisp/2.49/clisp-2.49.tar.bz2
tar jxvf clisp-2.49.tar.bz2
cd clisp-2.49
./configure --prefix=$HOME
cd src/
./configure --prefix=$HOME
./makemake > Makefile
make
make install

At that point, CLISP should be installed in your $HOME/bin directory.
