Why is Wordpress labeled insecure?

When WordPress releases a new version that fixes a security issue, any version that contained that issue we then label "Insecure". The control panel only displays the version that you originally installed, however, and the version displayed there will not change if you upgrade. If you've upgraded, you can confirm the version in the WordPress dashboard.
