I've attempted to make the sub domain chris.faction.webfactional.com, as I've done before, but it refuses to show up! How should I go about getting this to work?

http://chris.faction.webfactional.com works fine for me. Please allow a couple of hours to pass for the newly created DNS record to propagate everywhere on the Internet. Clearing your DNS cache (as described here) might help speed things up.
