I have received the following error while trying to install OSQA via the script in the wiki:

Error: Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/var/tmp/api_system.36841", line 92, in ?
fn_mapper[action](api,app_name,db_name)
File "/var/tmp/api_system.36841", line 36, in create
app = api.create_app(app_name, 'django124_mw32_26')
File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/PIL/__init__.py", line 30, in create_app

webfaction.api.APIError: Error: Error while executing system commands:
Unknown command: 'startproject'
Type 'django-admin.py help' for usage.

Anyone have any idea why I am getting this? It seems as though I was allowed to create one django app but ever since I have tried to create another I get an error...

I was able to install OSQA using the install script without an issue under a test account on your server. Can you try deleting the application and re-creating it, and let us know if the problem persists?

Hi,

this seems to be a problem in your particular urls.py only and others will most probably not have that error.

Could you file a ticket with us using help.webfaction.com so we can take a closer look at this?
