hi,

I have created a pyramid app, that created a nice directory structure with its own python2.7 packages installed under ~/webapps/<appname>/lib/python2.7, and it created a basic myapp named pyramid app too.

Of course, I would like to change the "myapp" to my own app, and install some extra python packages under lib. How can I do this? I though on finding a properly set up python under ~/webapps/<appname>/bin to run setup.py develop with, but no such python interpreter exists.

So, how can I install additional python packages under my webapp's lib directory?

There are a few options. Please take a look at our online docs to help you with this. http://docs.webfaction.com/software/python.html?highlight=easy_install#installing-python-packages
