At least one email recently bounced back from one of our addresses. The bounceback (to a .edu address) had the following message: The recipient could not be processed because it would violate the security policy in force < mail4.webfaction.com #5.7.0 SMTP; 550 5.7.0 Local Policy Violation> I've never seen that one before. The email it was sent to goes to a WebFaction mailbox and is forwarded to another e-mail address (also .edu). We received the email in the mailbox but it never made it to the forwarded address. Any ideas? asked 12 Nov '10, 18:28 kcharvey |
Hi,
Can you submit a support ticket including the headers of the message so that we can look into this further?
Done, thanks.
