Any contact form that uses the wp_mail() function to send mail (instead of the native PHP mail() function) should work in conjunction with the Configure SMTP plugin that we include with our WP installations.

Here's one that appears to be fairly simple: Scaleable Contact Form

Thx seanf. I tried it.. to see if it was easier than the one I had finally found. Mine won. :) It's just a bit more light-weight. I used Fast Secure Contact Form. I was using a gmail address and it wasn't working, despite having the correct smtp settings in the smtp plugin. I found that so long as I directed this plugin to a webfaction email, all is well. Thank you for the input!
