The timezone on my server shows CET (Central European Time). I should be on a US server (don't know how to tell where it is).

Can I change the timezone to US Central ?

You can set your timezone in the .bashrc file with the following:

export TZ="Asia/Singapore"

You can find your server location on the control panel dashboard listed under Settings at
