When i use phpmysqladmin, how can i change the max size of the ".sql" file when i try to import. The default is 2048KB, but my SQL file is more than 10MB.

You can't change the max size of files that can be imported via phpMyAdmin. Instead, you should use the command-line mysql utility to import your data as described in the docs.
