WebFaction
Community site: login faq

I have added a new application to my account and am attempting to configure it to be accessible from a subdomain (equip.samguzik.com). I've added that subdomain to my domains list and I've connected it to the appropriate application on the websites panel (a static/php5.3 app, if that's relevant).

For some reason, though, whenever I attempt to access that subdomain it does not resolve. My browser returns an error message saying "Oops! Google Chrome could not find equip.samguzik.com."

All of my other subdomains are still working and I have confirmed that the application is working by accessing it at a different path (samguzik.com/gear). I've been working on this for about a half-hour — do WebFaction's name servers need more time than that to process the changes?

Any suggestions to get this working?

It seems time was all that was needed. The domain just started resolving. Oops.
