I downloaded this tarball and read its README. I would say it is possible based on the info there. It seems to be a node.js project and we have instruction on how to build that here. The other libs it requires, python, open-ssl, all should be there. You may have to build some of them from source if a different version is needed. We are also happy to assist you with a build if you get stuck, just submit a support ticket.
