I'm new in web development so don' laugh at me! When some changes take place to my Django app i have to restart the server which leads to an instant site unavailability. Is there a way to apply the changes without making the site unavailable for some seconds?(I'm sure there's one)

When you restart your apache instance, there is no way to avoid the short timeframe that the site is unavailable. That is just the result of the restart.
