I'm getting email sent to spam that I need and I can't figure out how to tell the spam filter to allow this email through or to whitelist the domain it comes from.

The SPAM filter applies the 'X-SPAM:' header to the message that is than later filtered by your e-mail client. You should be able to control the level and the filtering done in the e-mail client.

If you would like us to investigate why the message is receiving the X-SPAM header send us a copy of the full message, header and body, in a support ticket and we can troubleshoot.
